In the stores where we are present, we act as category captains and help the store develop the entire department for natural snacks and nuts. Our products are based on selected raw materials, authentic Belgian chocolate, a high pace of innovation, and products without palm oil. We are now strengthening our field organization to continue growing, develop our most important stores, and create even better store execution. About the role As a Teamleader, you become the hub of our regional merchandising organization. You lead 3–4 Regional Merchandisers, coordinate external picking resources, and are responsible for building up a flexible student pool that can support during summer holidays, sick leave, and peak work periods. The role is about ensuring that daily store operations run smoothly. This involves planning routes, staffing correctly, following up on quality, supporting the team, and being able to step into an operational role yourself when needed. You are also responsible for coordinating with an external picking company in selected stores and outer areas, as well as planning demo activities together with an external demo company. In case of illness, campaigns, new establishments, or renovations, you are an important extra resource who ensures that the work gets done. Your main tasks

• Lead, plan, and follow up on the work for 3–4 Regional Merchandisers.
• Responsible for route planning, staffing, and capacity management.
• Ensure that stores are visited according to the correct frequency and priority.
• Coordinate with an external picking company in outer areas and selected stores.
• Recruit, introduce, and maintain a student pool of approximately 4–5 people.
• Cover for sick leave, holidays, and peak work periods.
• Perform own picking in selected C/D stores and flexible stores.
• Support with larger campaign picking, new establishments, and renovations.
• Coordinate demo activities together with an external demo company.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with stores, salespeople, merchandisers, and external partners.
• Follow up on quality, deviations, and execution in stores.

We are looking for someone who is structured, practical, and solution-oriented. You enjoy creating order, leading others, and handling a daily life where conditions sometimes change quickly. You are clear in your leadership but also unpretentious and ready to help out yourself when needed. You like to plan, follow up, and get things to work in practice. We are looking for someone who has

• Experience from retail, merchandising, field organization, grocery trade, or similar operational roles.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, or leading others in daily work.
• Good understanding of store exposure, replenishment, and customer service.
• Ability to plan workdays, routes, or resources based on time, geography, and priorities.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic digital skills, such as Excel, mobile reporting, CRM, or planning tools.

It is an advantage if you have experience with route planning, personnel planning, substitute management, external suppliers, picking companies, demo companies, new establishments, renovations, or campaign execution.
